Fast shipping, good wine
Ordered a bottle of Bordeaux. It came quickly, in about 3 days. The wine was packaged well and tasted as expected. No issues at all.
Good selection, some shipping delays
I ordered a mixed case of Primitivo and Chianti. The selection was great, and the prices were fair for the quality. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, about a week, but everything arrived safely. One bottle cap was a bit dented but the seal was fine. Overall, a decent experience.
First time ordering, mostly positive
This was my first order from Hawesko. I decided on a mixed 'Probierpaket' with some German Riesling and Grauburgunder. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; I found what I wanted quickly. Delivery took 6 days to reach my address in Berlin, which was within the estimated timeframe but not super fast. The packaging was very robust, all bottles arrived intact, which is a big plus for wine. The quality of the wines in the package was good for the price. I tried contacting customer service with a question about an upcoming Spumante offer before I ordered, and they responded via email within a day, which was helpful. I'll likely order again, maybe a specific Rioja next time.
